Aufgaben
|
Representative Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Development of marketing plan, including market size in various countries and identifying potential customer base with their market share Develop budgets and cost estimates Direct the development and implementation of annual sales priorities and operating plans that are consistent with the strategic plan and the external and operating policy of Commercial Metals Company Develop sales to the bloom sector, with support from the mill and the greater Commercial Metals Company group Traveling, visiting customers together with technical representatives of the mill Communication with the mill and back-office in contract administration and shipment execution Post-sales customer support and evaluation Direct responsibility for profitability |

Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales of bloom/billets A proven track record of sales success Engineering background Deep product knowledge Strong customer service orientation Demonstrated interpersonal/communication skills within cross cultural environment Good organizational skills Willingness to travel English and German/Italian is mandatory (fluency in all three languages is an asset) |

The challenge: We are looking for an ambitious, seasoned sales leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Bloom Sales Director. The Bloom Sales Director has direct marketing and sales responsibility for the development of sales of blooms to global markets - with a particular focus on the non-petroleum energy sector in the US and EU27. The successful Candidate will have a passion for shaping, building and executing at the front line of change for a premier global steel group. He/She is required to be a driver and to independently develop sales to new customers. An exceptionally high level of autonomy will be granted to the correct candidate. He/She is the central point of contact with bloom customers. The Director will report directly to the Management Board in Croatia. |
