Aufgaben
|
Was erwartet dich? - Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop leads into sales-ready opportunities - Establish and build rapport with prospects via telephone and email - Calling Prospects/Answering Prospect Calls - Successfully manage and overcome sales objections to develop interest - Emailing Prospects/Responding to Prospect Emails using Outlook - Transform marketing and prospected leads into qualified sales opportunities (SALs) - Research target contacts and accounts - Target company/contact research - Vetting Leads against existing records - Document all Activities in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management - Capture accurate and complete prospect information. - Salesforce Activity Notes, Lead Stage change and Opportunity builds (1 hour per day) - Exceed monthly and quarterly targets Within the first 14 days, you will learn our value proposition and product offering. Within the first 30 days, you will have started to establish a pipeline working towards your quarterly sales targets. |

Anforderungen
|
Was solltest du mitbringen? - Strong interpersonal skills, able to quickly build trust, empathy, and rapport with prospects. - Positive & energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and good writing skills. - A desire to drive new business using account-based approaches and develop business opportunities. - Bachelor’s degree Nice to have: - Previous experience as an SDR or BDR (ideally in a SaaS or technology company) a plus - Familiarity with qualifying methods (like BANT, CHAMPS) and account-based concepts (i.e. F.I.R.E.), also a plus |
