Aufgaben
|
Your Responsibilities - Understand your territory and create a territory plan in line with your sales objective - You identify strategic growth opportunities to help exist customers achieve their goals - You will work with the Customer Success team to develop new strategies and use cases - You Conduct meetings with high level executives to demonstrate the value of our product - You leverage your exceptional CRM hygiene to provide timely and accurate forecasts - You will master our corporate message and be a key contributor to our 3X growth - You build long-term relationships as an account manager for our largest customers (DAX 40) - You will negotiate balanced contract renewals and extensions by identifying new sales opportunities and supporting our clients in implementing such strategic initiatives, helping us to grow our revenue |

Anforderungen
|
Your Profil - You have excellent presentation skills and a high level of confidence in dealing with decision makers - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills - You bring a positive and engaging attitude to working with internal colleagues and external partners - You are excited to work in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is unstoppable - You have a passion for forecasting accuracy and dedicated follow-up skills - You bring business fluency in German and fluent English to the table - You have several years of experience in sales at an enterprise level, ideally with experience in acquisition and account management - You are committed to consistently and demonstrably achieving quota targets - You have a good working knowledge of value based solution selling - You have experience in the tech/SaaS and L&D/HR industries |
