Aufgaben
Deliver high quality medical and scientific communications in line with defined communication plans
Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans, according to the companies high standards
Support country Global Brand team in developing local medical tactics and provide input to HQ/regional plans if relevant
organize and set up scientific advisory boards with the appropriate key stakeholders, in collaboration with AMD
Work with local patient access team to support local access
Contribute and support medical scientific aspects in various activities locally and regionally
Provide local and regional feedback to HQ when performing Business Development Due Diligence
Deliver inputs to head office led medical programs ahead of launch
Support studies on the local level if necessary.
Coordinate medical information enquiries in collaboration with AMD and HQ in Stockholm
Attend relevant local, regional and global congresses and symposia to represent the companies and interact with appropriate stakeholders and customers
Represent the scientific interests in internal and external forums and interact with KOLs at, e.g. hospitals and other Non-Governmental Organizations within the therapeutic area
Maintain and develop strong relationships with scientific societies and central decision makers at relevant local health authorities
Provide advice to the organization and management on medical matters and their legal im
Safeguard that the medical and scientific knowledge for the therapeutic area remains at the forefront of contemporary thinking; remain updated on therapeutic trends related to new and existing products
Report to management in accordance with the companies requirements and standards
Anforderungen
+2 years of direct experience in the medical environment
Experience from an international LifeScience organization
Preferably experience from medical affairs, medical/clinical science, clinical development, access and health economy
In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems and practices
Ability to create and network with KOLs at national level
Knowledge of national healthcare system and decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance
Experience in communicating and building relations with authorities
Experience in organize medical advisory boards and symposia at national and international congresses
Experience in writing scientific publications
Experience in developing scientific presentations and giving scientific lectures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In addition to local language, fluency in English
Proficient user of modern IT and office software
Preferably hands on experience within immunological therapies or orphan drugs
Basic language skills in a further European language
