- You will lead the multiple tech teams and our product&#8217;s development<br />
- You will maintain a tight backlog of key initiatives that satisfy the company objectives while keeping our Roadmap up to date and using it efficiently to communicate strategy<br />
- You will derive insights and new feature ideas from data and the feedback and in close collaboration with internal teams like Sales, Operations, Marketing<br />
- You will shape features, write efficient PRDs, groom stories with the multiple teams of engineers, working on different areas of our product<br />
- You will be working closely with our customers on discovering what is needed to make their experiences meaningful<br />
- You will facilitate workshops, maintain and improve processes, and create an environment for knowledge sharing<br />
- You will report to Head of Product (m/f/d)</td>

- You bring 3-5 years relevant work experience, including project management experience, drafting Product and Market Requirement Documents<br />
- You have experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and/or workflow management tools<br />
- You are a certified Product Manager (CPM) and ideally bring a PMP Certification<br />
- You have collected prior leadership and team management experience<br />
- You bring a technical background as well as data analytics and metrics management skills<br />
- You are familiar with product innovation and development track record<br />
- You bring organizational, planning, and documentation skills<br />
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills<br />
- You are fluent in English and German language, speaking is a plus </td>
