- You take over the lead of the entire project execution team, and you are responsible for the implementation of major projects and in doing so, you will report directly to our management<br />
- You will be part of the Project Directorate, where you will take the lead in ensuring the safe, timely and efficient execution of the geothermal and chemical lithium extraction construction projects<br />
- You will ensure a smooth and seamless transition from Project Development to Project Execution and then to the Production team<br />
- You will maximize value creation by developing long-term strategic framework agreements with key equipment suppliers, engineers and EPC(M) partners<br />
- You will also be leading the Project Directorate group, coordinating day-to-day planning and execution of the business unit program operations and governance including interface and stakeholder management to other teams</td>

- You have already worked in similar positions in the field of plant or power plant construction, ideally in the construction of chemical plants, oil & gas industry, mining or comparable, and have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in project execution<br />
- You have a degree in engineering, for example in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or civil engineering<br />
- You are an experienced leader who develops the strategic foundations and project execution standards for your team and ensures that the team members can deliver their top performance<br />
- You are a professional in the areas of project management of large scale technical plants, large EPC and EPCM projects, in stakeholder management, procurement and contract design </td>
