Aufgaben
Tasks:
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Social training with patients and basic counselling
Neutralising difficult situations
Therapy through physical activities, socialising, conversation and other therapeutic measures
Assess patients and monitor their progress
Communicate with the next-of-kin/family of the patient
Qualifications:
Authorisation as a nurse in an EU-country
Work experience as a nurse
Specialisation as a psychiatric nurse (PMHN)
Experience from hospitals and community care is preferred
Basic computer knowledge
English language skills, both oral and written
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
Driver’s license is sometimes required
Anforderungen
Good communication skills
Responsible and structured
Engaged, flexible and work well with stressful situations
You can handle a broad variety of patients and have respect for the individual patient and their needs
You are independent but work well in teams
You are very keen on moving to Scandinavia with your family to work
Personal suitability for the position will be emphasised
You have a genuine passion for your job
You are aware of your responsibilities and know your limits
You have the ability to prioritise your tasks
