Zur Position
Sales Representative Scandinavia (m/f)
Aufgaben
You are responsible for the Business Development and Sales operations on the Scandinavian markets as well as the execution of the Sales strategies
Establishment and maintenance of consisting customer relationships.
Active acquisition of new customers in Scandinavia (i.e. Sweden, Norway Denmark).
You will identify and collect information about market, product and customer profitability to develop and modify marketing/sales strategies and tactics accordingly
Preparation of market, competition and customer analyses.
Tender preparation in cooperation with the departments.
Identification of customers needs and development of customized concepts and solutions.
Identify and prospect for new business opportunities, new customers, partners, and profitability of future products
Independent treatment of customers inquiries and complaints.
Order verification and monitoring.
Anforderungen
A graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or manual/technical apprenticeship, or similar studies.
5+ years professional experience in scaffolding systems sales.
Excellent knowledge of the Swedish market structure as well as experience with consumer research and identifying Scandinavian customer needs.
Native/Fluent speaker in Swedish as well as fluency in English; German language skills are a plus, but not required
Proven record of accomplishment of sales to close and secure new business opportunities in the scaffolding industry.
Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as a good technical understanding.
High level of personal initiative, commitment and engagement.
Economic and entrepreneurial reasoning and acting.
