Leading Hospital in the United Arab Emirates is urgently looking for a Passionate and Dedicated Nurse Manger for their NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Unique experience to be working in the UAE in a prestigious international standard Hospital alongside a team of internationally qualified and experienced healthcare professionals- western expatriates. Opportunity to travel, to explore new culture and tradition, while making a difference and bringing contributions through your nursing skills, knowledge and expertise in your clinical nursing area- Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing.
Essential requirements:
-Western educated, trained and experienced Registered Nurse with valid professional license and registration;
-Registered Nurse specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing/NICU;
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing- or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program;
- Post-Graduate Specialist Certification and/or Post-Graduate Specialist Course in Nursing Specialty - preferred/advantage;
-Masters Degree in Nursing and/or Advanced Clinical Specialty -Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist, CNS/Clinical Nurse Specialist, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner advantage;
-At least 3- 5 years of current experience as a Nurse Manager NICU/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or in another similar Leadership/Management Nursing Role- Senior Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, Nurse Leader, Charge Nurse-NICU;
-Current- BLS and/or ACLS certification; Current NRP, PALS- preferred;
-Great communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and leadership skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills, nursing and administrative Skills; Empathy, Compassion, Flexibility, Patience, Attention to detail, Energetic, Quick timely response, Respect and Ability to cope to different situations are only some of the qualities that the Head Nurse/Nurse Manager- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit needs to possess;
