Du bist mit deinem Team verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des Systems, mit dem Nitrado seinen Kunden und Kundinnen Gameserver zur Verfügung stellt, also eines unserer wichtigsten Produkte.<br /> - Du koordinierst die Integration neuer Spiele in unsere Backends und die Erweiterung der Features bestehender Produkte.<br /> - Du bist für das Projektmanagement verantwortlich und verwandelst die Ziele des Teams in umsetzbare Arbeitspakete.<br /> - Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams unter anderem aus den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Entwicklung, Support und Marketing an wichtigen Projekten zusammen und bringst damit das Unternehmen auf das nächste Level.<br /> - You coordinate the integration of new games into our backends and the expansion of features of existing products.<br /> - You are responsible for project management and turn the teams goals into actionable work packages.<br /> - Du hast gute Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung von Skript-/Programmiersprachen (Bash, Python, PHP).<br /> - Du kannst die Balance zwischen Coding und Management halten.<br /> - Du hast sowohl die langfristigen als auch die kurzfristigen Ziele im Blick und hältst beide in einem nachhaltigen Gleichgewicht.<br /> -
